the opponent's intentions: Understanding the gestural language

DETECT

the speed and direction of the ball: Reduce reaction time (prepare to act)

DEFEND & ATTACK

simultaneously: for each strike, associate the defense and the attack, match the choice of the racket/ball touch point, the tactics and the technical tools

a position of power: notion of combativeness (uncertainties, variations, counter-indications), control of emotions

Trained at: Swiss National Elite team (10 years), Barcelona Global Squash Academy (2 years) and in Egypt (various camps over 3 years) at Mohamed Elkeiy (Alexandria Squash Academy) and Ibrahim Asal (Cairo Squash Academy)

Currently improving his knowledge of a Systemic Training Approach with Emmanuel Crouin (Father/Trainer Victor Crouin, World N°8)

Our academy's programs

Pro Package: For high ranked Juniors (> 16 y) transitioning to PSA, or for PSA players interested in this holistic approach.

Individuals: You live in Barcelona and you want to get a personal squash trainer?

Groups: You would like to progress with friends or make new squash friends?

Summer Camps: Interested in an amazing squash concept at our Academy AND the Barcelona experience?

Train individually and with PSA players (Max 2 on court).

Minimum stay 2 weeks, recommended 4 weeks.

2 sessions per days x 5 days per week. (Each session 30' briefing, 90' on court, 30' debriefing)

You need a personal squash trainer speaking English (or Spanish, or German, or French, or Swiss German)?

You can book Roman by the hour. Package of 10 hours.

In search of a group trainer that gives you directions, advices and is super friendly?

You can book Roman for a group of 3 by the hour. Package of 10 hours.

For good to very good juniors (> 16 y.) or young adults PSA players (Max 3 on court). Duration 1 to 2 weeks in summer.
